You describe your situation. Julie tells you which rules apply, what the real issues are, and what your options look like — in plain English, without the jargon.
If she can help, you receive a written
quote for the work afterwards, with a
fixed price before anything begins.
If no written quote follows and she has
identified nothing that applies to you,
the €75 is refunded in full.

The countries involved — your nationality, where you live, where any property or assets are held

Any documents already in place — a will, a marriage contract, company statutes, court papers, correspondence from a French institution

What you are hoping to achieve

If, during the consultation, Julie concludes that she has been unable to help you in any way, she will refund the EUR 75 in full. That judgement is hers to make, and she will tell you plainly.
